Dr Yuval Fouks

Dr Yuval Fouks is a Fertility Specialist and Reproductive Endocrinologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve the best possible outcomes through personalised, evidence-based care.  

Known for his approachable, down-to-earth style, Dr Fouks is committed to working closely with patients to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and circumstances. 

Dr Fouks’ clinical interests include complex infertility, fertility preservation, male factor infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), diminished ovarian reserve, the impact of endometriosis on ovarian reserve, and egg freezing. 

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Fouks is a distinguished clinician-researcher with recognised contributions to reproductive medicine. His research has helped reshape counselling for patients with diminished ovarian reserve and has advanced understanding of sperm DNA fragmentation and fertility outcomes in endometriosis. 
His work was recognised with the Fertility & Sterility Investigator Achievement Award (American Society of Reproductive Medicine 2023). 

His research portfolio also includes pioneering work applying artificial intelligence and environmental exposure modelling US wide population male fertility, as well as the development of validated clinical decision-support tools used internationally. 

Dr Fouks has undertaken advanced clinical and academic training across Australia, the United States, Israel and Europe. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, where he completed postgraduate training in quantitative methods and data science, and the University of Bologna, where he obtained his medical degree. He remains actively involved in academic medicine, serving on editorial boards and as a reviewer for leading international journals in reproductive health.
