Spanning four floors, our new precinct brings together our fertility services, IVF laboratory, and day hospital in one integrated facility – setting a new benchmark in fertility care.

From our humble beginnings 35 years ago — with seven doctors, three nurses, six scientists, and one administrator sharing a single suite — we’ve grown into a team of over 300, including 20 of Victoria’s leading fertility specialists and internationally recognised scientists, all committed to helping you grow your family.

Where do I attend a consultation with my fertility specialist?
Our fertility specialists are located in consulting suites on Level 1 and Level 5. Please refer to the signs for the level and consulting suite number for where your doctor is located.
Where do I attend an appointment with my nurse?
Your nurse will advise which consulting suite on Level 1 or Level 5 to attend for your appointment. If you are unsure, please visit the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5, where a member of the team will be able to assist you.
Where do I see my Patient Liaison Administrator?
If you need to see your Patient Liaison Administrator, please visit the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5, where a team member will advise which consulting suite to attend.
Where do I collect medications?
Our in-house pharmacy is located on Level 5. Please head towards the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5 and turn left. The pharmacy is located on your left-hand side. If you're unsure, please visit the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5.
Where do I attend for an ultrasound with a nurse?
Your nurse will advise which consulting suite on Level 1 or Level 5 to attend for your ultrasound. If you are unsure, please visit the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5, where a team member will be able to assist you.
Where do I attend for a blood test?
Our phlebotomists are located in the Melbourne IVF Clinic on Level 5. Please take your pathology blood slip to the Melbourne IVF Reception on Level 5, where a team member will check you in and direct you to where you need to attend.
Where do I attend my egg collection?
Please present to the Melbourne IVF Procedure Centre Reception on Level 1 to check in with the admission team. Once admitted, you will be taken down by a staff member to the Melbourne IVF Procedure Centre on the Ground Floor, where your egg collection will be performed.
Where do I attend my embryo transfer or IUI procedure?
Embryo transfers and IUI procedures take place in the Melbourne IVF Procedure Centre located on Level 1. Please present to the Melbourne IVF Procedure Centre Reception on Level 1 and check in with one of our team members.
Where do I attend my sperm collection appointment?
Our collection rooms are located on Level 1. Please follow the signs to Andrology Reception and check in with one of our team members.
Where can I access car parking?
There is public parking available a short walk from 36 Wellington Street at 79 Victoria Parade, Collingwood.
Metered street parking is also available on Wellington Street.
For patients coming in for procedures at the day hospital, we are liaising with Council on designated pick up and drop off zones.
