Our Patient Liaison Administration team is here to help you understand the administrative processes needed to commence your treatment with Melbourne IVF including explaining treatment costs and ensuring the process is as simple and as straightforward as possible.
Your Patient Liaison Administrator will schedule all of your appointments and forms the link between you and your fertility specialist, nursing, counselling and the accounts departments. They will provide you with up-to-date information on fees and can answer any general enquiries you have.

Our counsellors supporting you on your journey
You may be surprised by the emotional and physical impact of undertaking fertility treatment, and wonder how to cope with a mixture of emotions from joy and excitement to grief and disappointment.
Our fertility counsellors are social workers and psychologists who bring a diverse range of skills, expertise and experience to their work, helping you manage the stress and emotional impact of dealing with fertility issues, and play a pivotal role in our assisted reproductive treatment (ART) service.
Your feedback to improve our care
You are encouraged to provide your feedback at any stage of your treatment. Please discuss any concerns that you may have with any member of the Melbourne IVF team caring for you.
Feedback can be provided in one of the following ways:
- Speaking with your fertility specialist during treatment
- In person to a member of your treatment team
- By phoning a member of your treatment team
